A few months ago I did a post on this service and went back for a revisit here.  One thing new is I noticed is now you can use you Windows Live Id to log on.  As mentioned in my last post, you have the opportunity to upload a diagnostic image as well. 
and an email address is not required to communicate.  First of all, you are encouraged to enter information into a personal health record.  Their services are offered here in the US and several (more…)
